What health measures/protocols is Archer Summit taking to ensure a safe environment on-site?

The Archer Summit team is working closely with local health authorities and the Dolphin Resort to provide a safe and healthy experience for all Archer Summit participants. We will be following safety measures such as mask wearing, social distancing, traffic lanes, contactless features, regular venue sanitization and change to capacities if applicable. In addition we have hired a Health and Safety Manager for this event to advise us on best practices on health and safety related to COVID-19 practices.

Where and when is Archer Summit 2021?

Archer Summit heads to the Walt Disney Dolphin Resort in Orlando, FL on September 13 – 15, 2021.  

What is included in the full conference price? 

˅

Conference sessions, keynotes, meetups, and community activities are all included in the conference price:

  • Welcome Reception (Monday), Customer Dinner (Tuesday) & Customer Appreciation event (Wednesday). All include food and drinks.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and break refreshments throughout the duration of the conference  
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Access to Archer executives and subject matter experts
  • Conversation, good times, and supportive Archer community included for all

Will meals be provided?

Yes, we'll feed you! Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and snacks are provided Tuesday and Wednesday during conference days. Food and beverages are provided at the Welcome Reception and Customer Appreciation Event. Pastries and coffee will be provided on Monday for pre-conference Training attendees only.

Are there any tools to help me convince my boss?

Can I join the event as a sponsor?

Yes! There are a variety of options to sponsor the event tailored to your goals. Download the prospectus on the Sponsors page for more information.

How will my credit card payment appear on my statement?

Conference fees for Archer Summit 2021 will show up on your credit card statement as Freeman Inc.

How do I request a copy of my receipt?

For an additional copy of your receipt, log into your registration and follow the steps below:

  • Go to the quick links under your "Personal Information"
  • Click "View Payment Documents"
  • From there you can view, download or print the invoice or receipt you need

How will my company benefit from sending me to Archer Summit 2021?

May I bring a guest?

Of course, the more the merrier! Each registered conference attendee can register one (1) guest as a companion for $300. The fee allows your guest to attend conference Monday’s welcome reception and Wednesday’s customer appreciation event. You may register your guest when you register yourself.

How many attendees are expected at Archer Summit 2021?

We are expecting to host 2000+ attendees. 

What if I need to cancel my registration?

˅

If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so at any time before August 1, 2021, though you will face a $150 processing fee. This processing fee applies to all Archer Summit 2021 registrations. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to stacy.sakellariou@rsa.com   

If I cannot attend, may I send someone from my organization to take my place?

Yes, you may send someone else from your company for a fee of $50 to cover administrative and payment processing fees. Substitutions must be made in writingto stacy.sakellariou@rsa.com. Please provide the name of the original registrant the name of the substitute in your email.

I received a promo or group code. How do Iapply it to my registration? 

˅

Right after logging in to the registration site it will ask "Do you have a registration code?" page.
Select "I have a code" button. Enter your code (include any dashes) and click continue. You will then be prompted to select if you're registering only yourself or for a group of people. Your discounted total will appear on the payment page in the itemized list before you submit your payment. Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

Can I use more than one promotional code (if applicable)?

Sorry, only one code may be used per attendee and discounts cannot be combined. If your discount code offers a deeper discount than the current promotional offer (ex. Early Bird discount), it will offer the less expensive option. Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

Which airport should I use?  

˅

Orlando International Airport(MCO) is the most convenient choice if you are flying into Orlando. From there, it’s just a 20- to 30-minute drive to the resort. Visit www.orlandoairports.net for up-to-the minute airport information, flight schedules, parking information, maps, local driving conditions and other useful traveler’s information. 

How I get from the airport to the conference?

Ground transportation (taxi or shuttle) is available from Orlando International airport, but not provided by Archer Summit.

Are there discounted hotel rates available? 

˅

There are special conference rates available to attendees at the Walt Disney Dolphin Resort. Please visit the Venue page for more information.

Is there a deposit required to hold my hotel room? 

˅

You’ll need to provide a deposit for the first night’s room and tax. This will be charged to your card immediately. If plans change, you can cancel up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date for a full refund.

Can you help me book or change my reservation? 

˅

For the fastest route to reservation changes, please have the original reservation holder click the link found in their confirmation email or contact the hotel reservations department directly. If you're still having issues, please contact stacy.sakellariou@rsa.com  for support. 

Can I stay at a different hotel?

Yes, there are plenty of other hotels in the area.

I've been contacted by a housing agency - is this legitimate? 

˅

No, it's not. You may be contacted by unauthorized solicitors offering hotel reservations. There is only one, official, exclusive housing block for this event with the link exclusively provided on your event registration page and in your confirmation email. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any company is not approved by Archer Summit conference. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however, they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to stacy.sakellariou@rsa.com

What’s the weather like in Orlando in September?

It can be very warm during the day, with average highs around 90° F and average lows around 72° F. The hotel is, of course, air conditioned.

Is there a dress code for the conference?

˅

Business casual. Meeting room temperatures may be cool while outdoor temperatures may be much warmer. Many of the sessions will be outdoor so please dress accordingly. We suggest that you bring layers for comfort.

Who should I contact if I have special dietary needs or allergies?

Let us know your dietary needs and/or restrictions during the registration process. If we have any questions or concerns, we will reach out to you directly.

Does Archer Summit have a code of conduct?

Will the event be filmed and photographed?

Yes. By entering and being at this event, you consent to be filmed and photographed. From time to time, Archer uses recorded video and photographs of conference events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked inwriting to Archer, by virtue of your attendance, you agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. All videography and photography will be done in reliance on the consent you give by entering the event.
