Archer takes the health and safety of its attendees at the Archer Summit 2022 seriously. We are very excited to deliver both a safe and educational in-person experience where you will learn new skills and make critical connections to help secure your business.

We strongly encourage all attendees who are eligible to be vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending Archer Summit 2022 and take an at-home COVID-19 test prior to traveling and following the event. If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please stay home and get well, we will refund your ticket! If you’re unable to travel to Miami, you can purchase virtual ticket where you’ll be able to access digital session content

What is included in the full conference price?

Conference sessions, keynotes, meetups, and community activities are all included in the conference price:

  • Welcome Reception (Monday), Customer Dinner (Tuesday) and Customer Appreciation event (Wednesday). Both include food and drinks.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and break refreshments throughout the duration of the conference  
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Access to Archer executives and subject matter experts
  • Conversation, good times, and supportive Archer community included for all

Will meals be provided?

Yes, we'll feed you! Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and snacks are provided Tuesday and Wednesday during conference days. Food and beverages are provided at the Welcome Reception and Customer Appreciation Event. Pastries and coffee will be provided on Monday for pre-conference Training attendees only.

Are there any tools to help me convince my boss?

Can I join the event as a sponsor?

Yes! There are a variety of options to sponsor the event tailored to your goals. Download the prospectus for more information.

How will my credit card payment appear on my statement?

Conference fees for Archer Summit 2022 will show up on your credit card statement as Freeman Inc.

How do I request a copy of my receipt?

For an additional copy of your receipt, login to your registration and follow the steps below.

  • Go to the quick links under your "Personal Information"
  • Click "View Payment Documents"
  • From there you can view, download, or print the invoice or receipt you need

May I bring a guest?

Of course, the more the merrier! Each registered conference attendee can register one (1) guest as a companion for $350. The fee allows your guest to attend conference Monday’s welcome reception and Wednesday’s customer appreciation event. You may register your guest when you register yourself.

Please note: A Guest Pass is only valid for access to parties.

How many attendees are expected at Archer Summit 2022?

We are expecting to host 1000+ attendees.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so at any time before August 1, 2022, though you will face a $150 processing fee. This processing fee applies to all Archer Summit 2022 registrations. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to summit@archerirm.com.

If I cannot attend, may I send someone from my organization to take my place?

Yes, you may send someone else from your company for a fee of $50 to cover administrative and payment processing fees. Substitutions must be made in writing to summit@archerirm.com. Please provide the name of the original registrant the name of the substitute in your email.

I received a promo or group code. How do I apply it to my registration?

After logging in to the registration website, it will ask, "Do you have a registration code?" Select "I have a code" button. Enter your code (include any dashes) and click continue. You will then be prompted to select if you're registering only yourself or for a group of people. Your discounted total will appear on the payment page in the itemized list before you submit your payment. Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

Can I use more than one promotional code (if applicable)?

Sorry, only one code may be used per attendee and discounts cannot be combined. If your discount code offers a deeper discount than the current promotional offer (ex. Early Bird discount), it will offer the less expensive option. Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

What methods can I use to pay?

We accept a variety of payment options: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).

Which airport should I use?  

˅

Miami International Airport is the most convenient choice if you are flying into Miami. From there, it’s just a 20- to 30-minute drive to the resort. Visit www.miami-airport.com for up-to-the minute airport information, flight schedules, parking information, maps, local driving conditions and other useful travel information.

How I get from the airport to the conference?

  • Shared Ride Services. Several shared ride companies provide ground transportation between the Miami Beach International Airport and the Fontainebleau Hotel. Shared ride services at Miami International Airport operate from the ground level of the terminal, outside the baggage claim area.
  • Super Shuttle Miami (817-329-2001) charges approximately $13.00 per person one-way from the airport to the Fontainebleau Hotel. When using Super Shuttle/Miami from the airport reservations are not needed.
  • Taxis. Taxis can be found curbside in front of the terminal under the yellow sign indicating taxis. Fares from the Miami airport to Miami Beach are approximately $31.00 for one person.

Are there discounted hotel rates available?

There are special conference rates available to attendees at the Fontainebleau Miami Hotel. A link to our event hotel booking page will be provided upon completion of your registration.

Is there a deposit required to hold my hotel room?

You’ll need to provide a deposit for the first night’s room and tax. This will be charged to your card immediately. If plans change, you can cancel up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date for a full refund.

Can you help me book or change my reservation?

For the fastest route to reservation changes, please have the original reservation holder click the link found in their confirmation email or contact the hotel reservations department directly. If you're still having issues, please contact summit@archerirm.com for support.

Can I stay at a different hotel?

Yes, there are plenty of other hotels in the area.

I've been contacted by a housing agency - is this legitimate? 

˅

No, it's not. You may be contacted by unauthorized solicitors offering hotel reservations. There is only one, official, exclusive housing block for this event with the link exclusively provided on your event registration page and in your confirmation email. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any company is not approved by Archer Summit conference. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to summit@archerirm.com.

What’s the weather like in Miami in September?

It can be very warm during the day, with average highs around 90 degrees F and average lows around 72 degrees F. The hotel is, of course, air conditioned. Click here before you depart to check the weather report.

Is there a dress code for the conference?

Business casual. Meeting room temperatures may be cool while outdoor temperatures may be much warmer. Many of the sessions will be outdoor so please dress accordingly. We suggest that you bring layers for comfort.

Will the event be filmed and photographed?

Yes. By entering and being at this event, you consent to be filmed and photographed. From time to time, Archer uses recorded video and photographs of conference events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked in writing to Archer, by virtue of your attendance, you agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. All videography and photography will be done in reliance on the consent you give by entering the event.
